  6. 2015 WINTE R OUTAGE A SUCCE SS, ALL MAJOR ITE MS WE RE COMPLE TE D. • The four remaining item on the Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) dated July 14, 2014, were corrected.  Repair several overhead conductors and grounding cables  Replace three (3) transformers in Engineer 1 • Cougar Sub station.  Preventative Maintenance (PM) and tested all yard equipment  Demo & remove lighting in Sub station yard. • Support for FP&C Projects.  STL & Fleming 15KV ATS replacement  MREB electrical utilizes tie in for electrical service to building  Kenmore Electric demo abandon sub feeder 4 in tunnel

  7. 2015 WINTE R OUTAGE A SUCCE SS, ALL MAJOR ITE MS WE RE COMPLE TE D. • Multiple buildings  PM transformer vault and 480 switchgear • Investigation the cause of the sub feeder 1 failure  Cause was found and corrective actions are being planned • Work was completed, campus power was restored as scheduled

  8. 2015 WINTE R OUTAGE A SUCCE SS, ALL MAJOR ITE MS WE RE COMPLE TE D. • Moving forward  Items were discovered during outage that will require additional work • We will need to prepare a scope of work and schedule the repairs  Some generators did not perform well • We will need to prepare a scope of work and schedule the repairs  Facilities Services will be reaching out to the affected building once scope of work is finalized to schedule corrections.

  9. 2016 WINTE R OUTAGE  The program continues • The Preventive Maintenance (PM) program has proven to be a success and it is planned to continue.  Communication with campus, through Building Coordinators program to get the word out in advance  As we make improvements to electrical system on campus we plan to be able to isolate the outages, if possible, to minimize service interruptions during PM’s
