Web Community Adjustments • Following “Talk with Tuminez” model • Streaming for people not on main campus via YouTube • Interactive comments during stream • Can attend via the stream, still encouraged to attend in person when possible • Recording for future review and reminders

Audit Information • W HY : To maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and quality web presence • W HAT : Check every web page and file on the UVU system for accuracy and quality • W HO : Every Site Owner, Site Manager, and Content Contributor play an important part in this audit process • W HEN : February 1 – March 15, 2019 • H OW : Follow the Web Site Audit Instructions and Audit Checklists

When Your Audit Is Complete • Finish the audit by completing the form at http://www.uvu.edu/web/audit/site_audit.php • Spot checks will be performed and a report will be sent to your Web Steward and Admin Owners (VP,AVP, Dean) about each site • Many old pages have been discovered lately, so spot checks will be more heavily conducted

What is the Directory? • A place to see all employees and departments on campus with contact information • Will replace Profpages, Find People, and any other staff listing pages • Dynamic and customizable • Will feed the printed directory that can be available as needed
