Early effects Stomatal closure -Reduced/stopped photosynthesis. Reserves depleted. Leaf yellowing -Reduced photosynthesis, even if water becomes available. Reserves depleted Leaf senescence -No photosynthesis possible. Reserves depleted and no new reserves made. Late effects
