  6. Glasgow 2014 XX Commonwealth Games TO APPLY O Applications open mid-January but you can go online at glasgow2014.com and register your interest now. O There are eligibility requirements, and we’ve listed some of them below. To be a Glasgow 2014 Volunteer you must be: 1. 16 or over when you apply 2. eligible to work in the UK 3. available for at least eight (unforgettable) days between 23 July 2014 and 3 August 2014 4. able to come to Glasgow for a friendly, informal interview 5. be able to attend three to four days of training (nearer to the Games), and collect your uniform and official pass.
