Planning Requirements Planning grants must be used to develop and offer a sustainable program for students, ages 22 and older – Allows students to obtain a high school diploma while completing the requirements for an approved industry credential or certificate; – Provides career advising and outreach; and – Affords opportunities for students to receive a competency-based education.
