AS S IGN TO US ER • This allows assignment of referrals to yourself, other users, or a workgroup • Y ou can only assign one user to a referral at one time • A referral can change user assignment multiple times • Drastically improves office workflow • “ My List” 10

S EARCH FUNCTIONALITY • Use the search tab! • Filter the information • Can use multiple filters, for example … “ Referral S tatus = S cheduled” AND “ Last Updated = Y esterday” • Find “ Cancels to acknowledge” • Following up with a receiving office 12

EXPORTING AND REPORTING • Print (pdf) or Export (excel) • User Guide – Creating Net Days • Export a pre-filtered worklist OR export all and then filter in excel • Remove Patient Name and DOB before sharing – it’s PHI! • Use “ Assign to User” field to manage workload of staff • User Guide: Creating a Referrals Report: The Number of Days between Date Referred to Date S cheduled 17
