Today, his wife Sophie Kessler-Matière runs the estate. • 10 hectares are planted in several plot all around Châteauneuf-du-Pape village A mosaic of terroir :  South, with mixed stone on the Serres area perfect for the oldest Grenache,  North, les Charbonnières with stony-sand alluvium with mixed stone, where whites varieties and Syrah fit the most (fruity taste),  West, on brown-sandy soils and pebble- rich for a typical Châteauneuf.

  9. • For the reds : Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. • For the whites : Roussanne, Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache blanc. The grapes are cropped at mid-September, transported in crates, and vinified at the winery in the heart of the village.
