  2. Annexure L Pricing Schedule (Financial Evaluation Returnables) Annexure L Pricing Schedule comprises of the following: 1. Read Me, Tender Cover Sheet, Preamble (Read Carefully) 2. 5.1.1 Pricing Schedule (Compulsory returnable) 3. 5.1.2 CPA 4. 5.1.3 Summary (Compulsory returnable) 5. 5.1.4 Exchange Rates Failure to submit the pricing schedule will lead to your tender being non responsive. Failure to submit CPA formula will lead to your tender being evaluated as fixed and firm for the duration of the contract. PLEASE NOTE : Do not change or add columns to the pricing schedule. The pricing schedule is to remain as it has been loaded on the Eskom Tender bulletin and National Treasury Website. 25 March 2019 2

  3. CPA Formula For each Formula Submitted, Tenderers must Input: 1. Description of CPA Formula 2. For the balance of indices (e.g. 85%) making up each formula: • % Weights (add up to 100% including minimum 15% Fixed portion) • Description • Definition from publisher • Base month and Index plus Historical data (See notes: Instructions) • Input is required in all cells shaded light green The CPA Formulae in 5.1.2. have to be populated by the tenderer, unless the tenderer’s prices are fixed and firm for the dura tion of the contract. Each CPA formulae’s weightings must add up to a total of 100%. 10 July 2019 3

CPA Formula continued CPA Formula should represent cost breakdown of the goods/commodities/components being sourced • 15% Fixed Portion minimum (i.e. can be more e.g. 35% Fixed). • Balance of Weightings (e.g. 85%) - make use of appropriate indices. • No in-house indices allowed. • Proposed indices must be reflective of cost structure. • Final applicable CPA formula may be negotiated with successful tenderers. 10 July 2019 4

  5. Preference Points - note for JVs • BBBEE certificate/Sworn Affidavit submitted for preference points must be for the JV and not for individual entities who are party to the JV 10 July 2019 5

Other matters • Pricing Schedule to be studied in advance by the person preparing the Pricing Schedule. • Tender Offer must be COMPLETE & CLEAR • ERROR CHECKING o Conflicts o Totals & Subtotals o Cross References o Cross casts • If errors are detected - Please inform us (in writing) via e-mail urgently • Printing settings for all documents are to be adjusted according to T enderer’s printer (readable, Repeat R0w & Column Headings & on A3 Paper) 10 July 2019 6

Other Matters cont… • Tenderers to please complete the Excel Pricing Schedule that will be uploaded on the tender bulletin. • The hard copies must be submitted and signed by the authorised signatory on the Tender cover Worksheet. NOTE: Apart from the 2 identical hard copies (original and copy), the pricing schedule must also be submitted in electronic format (CD or USB) in both an Excel & Pdf format. The onus is on the tenderer(s) to check the Eskom tender bulletin for any communication, updated or changes on the pricing schedule or other tender 10 July 2019 7 documents.
