Utmcaidhit@chiedirect.net • Utah established this account to be able to receive DIRECT messages from providers • The Utah Health Information Network (UHIN) operates our state-wide clinical health information exchange (cHIE ) and is the State’s only DIRECT health internet service provider at this time • We have successfully tested receiving a continuity of care document (CCD) from provider – now we just need more EP’s to sign up for this service within the cHIE • Exploring if we can receive public health reporting messages in HL7 format using DIRECT
