Eligibility Requirements: Multi-Family Housing Tenants of USDA-financed rental housing must meet the following eligibility requirements: • Income • Very-Low Income: 50% of median income for area and household size • Low Income: 80% of median income for area and household size • Moderate Income: Up to $5,500 above low income limit for household size • For senior housing: • 62 or older Seacrest Apartments, Bandon • For accessible housing: • Is determined to have an impairment that is expected to be of long-term duration, substantially impedes ability to live independently, and could be improved by more suitable housing conditions; or • Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the individual’s major life activities, a record of such impairment, or is considered as having such an impairment.
