Introduction: • The Unithai Group represents the Thai arm of the IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, a regional organization with primary business interests in shipping, distribution, logistics, engineering and infrastructure development. • Unithai’s operations in Thailand include shipping services, a container terminal, a logistics based distribution centre and the largest shipyard in Thailand (UTSE). • UTSE Incorporated in 1990 as a PLC and started operations in 1993 • 3 main activities, supported by a centralized supporting function: Shipyard Business Division (SBD) Marine Onshore & Offshore Service Division (MOS) Offshore Fabrication Division (OFD) • Our corporate mission is to create sustainability as the shipyard partner of choice • UTSE exists to provide quality shiprepair, conversion, newbuilding, services and onshore/offshore fabrications to customers worldwide. OFD: Load out Capacity • Load – out Jetty no.1: 30 m wide for 4,500 T integrated components. • Load – out Jetty no.2: 30 m wide for 7,500 T integrated components. • Load – out Jetty no.3: Vessel LOA 100 m – 300 m. • Ground Load: 10 Ton / Sq.m. (Tested up to 30 T / Sq.m.) • Minimum water at low tide is 5.5 – 6.0 m. and normal tide variation is 2.32 m. Water Depth: • SPMT: Maximum Wheel load of SPMT is 36 T / 2.4 m. = 14 T / m Bulk head jetty design capacity is 18.2 T / m 20
