New Bern: An Evolving City The current CNI Planning grant will assist the NBHA and the City of New Bern in strategically planning and moving forward in achieving that goal We seek to rehabilitate housing, rebuild businesses and provide the foundation of economic revitalization throughout the CNI target area and throughout the City of New Bern
