Way forward Continuous medic training + Medic CME & MCH training. Better solution of future Health Worker retention, this need to be referred to HR policy. Clinical supervision skill training both medic & CHW Refresher & skill upgrade training for CHWs, Medic & other health worker) Upgrade training center & teaching aid materials Any CHW training plan from district? Assessment for existing CHW + medic trainers (Central + District) Assessment for trained HW (CHW, MCH, Medic) and current active and not active HW. Train health providers through Taw Nor Teaching Hospital in near future.
