Way forward  Continuous medic training + Medic CME & MCH training.  Better solution of future Health Worker retention, this need to be referred to HR policy.  Clinical supervision skill training both medic & CHW  Refresher & skill upgrade training for CHWs, Medic & other health worker)  Upgrade training center & teaching aid materials  Any CHW training plan from district?  Assessment for existing CHW + medic trainers (Central + District)  Assessment for trained HW (CHW, MCH, Medic) and current active and not active HW.  Train health providers through Taw Nor Teaching Hospital in near future.
