Our Programs JANA BIZ JANA SAVE JANA UP
Our Programs Building sustainable and registered revenue streams for mainly women refugees . ● Tailor-made support to build a sustainable business out of their artcraft business (market research, marketing, distribution channels, building strategy or grant filling) ● Identify businesses that can employ women working from home JANA BIZ Soft skills training (coaching, motivation, working in ● teams, etc.)
SPI - BEBEMOSS ● Introduction of the two parties ● Registration of the women at the Vergi Dairesi Support in the training of the women ● ● Soft skill sessions ● Building long term strategy to build a center able to give work to 200 women and take care of their children ● Supporting the research for grant and other financing
Our Programs Promoting financial inclusion among migrant communities (mainly refugees but also Turkish). ● Training in financial literacy (budgeting, tracking expenses, identifying a goal for savings, etc.) given by arabic speakers trained by us ● Development of microsavings group JANA SAVE
Our Programs Microsavings group ● Developed in Spain by Ashoka Fellow among migrant communities ● Groups (trusting each other) meet every month and save according to every participant’s possibilities. Everyone can withdraw his/her money whenever they want. ● ● Once the savings grow, they can start borrowing from each other (at this stage, without any interest). ● Supported by an online system www.winkomun.org where all rules and transactions are recorded ● Groups are coached during 3-4 months by a volunteer

Our Programs Business network for young refugees with degrees in marketing, finance, accounting, IT, law (Istanbul) ● 6 networking meetings through the year between around 30 refugees and 6-10 corporate firms ● Training opportunity around specific technical subjects ● Currently in discussions with corporate to develop JANA UP the concept
