Domestic demand on aviation professional  Garuda Indonesia will be seeking 1500 pilots to add to its growing fleet from 80 to 154 aircraft before joining Open Skies 2015  Lion Air will require over 300 pilots every year up to 2025. After signing the largest ever order with Boeing, Lion Air will have a total aircraft fleet of 408 by 2025.  Indonesia ‘s total of 50 airlines is all experiencing a major shortage of skilled aviation professionals.  Before 2015, Indonesia requires immediately additional over: 4.000 pilots 7500 aircraft engineer 1.000 ATC
