Powerpoint Specifics for the Oral Presentation Each research work shall be presented in no more than 1 0 minutes and must be supported by a Powerpoint presentation, which will be sent ahead of time via e-mail, together with the abstract and the name/s of author/s. The presenter must limit him/herself to 8 slides only, of which each slide must contain maximum of 10 lines only for clearer visual projection. Hence, due to limited time of presentation, presenters are requested to reduce or limit unnecessary explanations and/or elaborations. (b) In order to provide equal opportunity to as much as many senders, only one (1) entry per sender/author shall be accepted/considered. (c) The Research Committee, through its Chair, shall inform the presenters of accepted papers for presentation through email not later than April 20, 2018. (d) To note, research entries will pass through initial screening of respective regional boards, thru the chairs and the final screening by the Research Committee as endorsed by the VPs. (e) Presenters will be awarded certificate of merit for oral presentation and PAFTE medallion. (e) Upon acknowledgment of receipt of notice of acceptance, another notice will be sent to the presenters that would contain final reminders, schedules of proceedings and confirmation of attendance in the convention. To note, only those who will be present in the convention shall be included in the paper presentation.
