Garrec (research and expertise engineer), 1 technician, 2 PhD students Objectives - Characterization of sanitary risks related to:  cold water pipes and thermal springs ( Pseudomonas ),  hot water pipes ( Legionella , amoebae and intra- amoebae micro-organisms). - Qualitative and quantitative study of biofilms in hot and cold water pipes. - Elaboration of innovative procedures for network disinfection. Research program INDICAMIBES (2010-2013) : Detection et quantification of the main amoebae by PCRq.
