What is The Ritual “Simply put, The Ritual is not just a ceremony we hold at various times throughout the year. As Brothers of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, we must take the opportunity to truly understand the three ideals which we stand for; and how we can apply the teachings of The Ritual when making decisions not only in our everyday lives, but also decisions that may impact our future. Brothers must live and practice The Ritual to truly embrace its teachings-it is a lesson that we are to incorporate into our lives.” Page 142, The Phi Sigma Pi Ceremonies and Ritual Review and Discussion
