How Could $500+ Change A Life? What types of things might grant funds be used to get? • Skills training, uniform, or business investment. • Application fees, a class teaching independent living skills or home furnishings. • Class registration, membership fee, or adaptive equipment. • You tell us!
Who is eligible? • 18 years and older and receive waiver services or PCA or PCA Choice (Alternative Care, Brain Injury, Community Alternative Care, Community Access for Disability Inclusion, Developmental Disabilities or Elderly waiver or receive PCA or PCA Choice) OR • 16 years and older with an IEP in a setting 3 or 4 (spending most of the day in a classroom with other students with disabilities) AND Be willing to share their microgrant story and participate in a program evaluation.
