The main activity of the company “Jupiter 05” Ltd Bulgaria is design and implementation of new products on the market to increase the safety of the road infrastructure targeting to minimize the casualties of road accidents. Our activity is extremely responsible and is closely related to the prevention and minimizing of road accidents and ensuring the safety of traffic. There are more than 350 highly qualified employees working in our enterprises. We offer over 40 types of road restraint systems on the market and all of them comply with the requirements of EN 1317- 5:2007 + A1:2009. Our company owns a Road Restraint System Production Plant, located in Plovdiv, situated on 38,600 sq. m., equipped with different metal cutting and metal treatment machines: roll bending machines for production of two wave beams type „А“ and type „В“ ; roll bending machines for production of three wave beams; machines for production of radius beam; roll bending machines for production of different types of posts for road restraint systems; presses, abcants, lathes, mills, guillotines, machines for plasma and gas cutting, compressors, welding and painting equipment, lines for longitudinal cutting of sheet metal and many more.
We also own a Zinc Galvanizing Plant in the territory of the town Kuklen. The factory occupies an area of 25 112 square meters and consists of hot dip galvanizing workshop with adjoining industrial and warehouse buildings with a total gross floor area of 6297 m2. The factory holds the biggest galvanizing tank in Bulgaria – with length 13 m, width 1.6 m and 3.2 m depth. The capacity of the galvanizing tank is 5000- 5500 tons per month or approximately 60,000 tons per year. The plant complies with all of the European Standards for environmental protection which makes it the most environmentally clean plant on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Zinc Galvanizing Plant is a member of the European General Galvanizers Association (EGGA) and the International Zinc Association (IZA).
In 2016 the company opened its own logistics center, located on the territory of Sofia town, in the village of Kazichene with an area of 28,176 m2. We also have our own vehicle fleet – trucks and commercial vehicles, tugs, cranes, lifts, forklifts as well as high impact machines for post piling and other specialized equipment and machinery. For its 25 years of activity, the company "Jupiter 05" Ltd. has realized on the market over 4,500 km of road restraint systems.
