LEAD LEARN EXCEL ILLINOIS A 16-month program for leaders offers a comprehensive suite of improvement supports: • Cultivates understanding of instructional leadership, job-embedded PD, and school conditions necessary for improvement. Training • Supports leaders to apply knowledge, change their instructional leadership practice, and embed learning routines for teachers. TA • Engages leaders to reflect on what works, examine their practice, and Peer collaborate on improvements with a group of peers. Learning • Protocols, templates, guides, and videos scaffold effective leadership and equip leaders to sustainably improve practice over time. Mini-grants Tools & provide small monetary grants to purchase instructional resources. Resources 6
