The TSN: How We Got Here Significant state and federal budget cuts for human services The Great Recession Boulder County Commissioners worked with the community to ask residents to help backfill cuts so services could be restored and we could address the rising need for help. Ballot Initiative 1A was passed by voters in November 2010.
