Overview of Project Develop an ASPIRE resource pack and hold a launch event for schools • Careers Fair Guide • Links to organisations providing support with raising aspirations & developing enterprise skills • Resources designed to support schools and parents • Visits (4 pilot visits to post 16 providers, colleges and universities for pupils and their parents)
Enterprise Programmes • Young Enterprise & Enabling Enterprise to provide workshops/programmes for KS1, KS2, pupils in 24 primary schools over two years • 4 schools signed up with EE, 3 more places available • 6 schools expressed interest in working with YE
Enterprise Programmes • Working with Business Education Events to develop programmes in 4 special schools • 28 schools in total will take part in subsidised enterprise activities over the next two years
Raising awareness of future options Making links with : • Post 16 education providers to enable schools to visit with pupils and parents • Further & Higher Education providers • Businesses
ASPIRE Toolkit • To provide schools with a resource that would support them to work with pupils to explore the world of work and future choices in education • Supporting schools at different stages of this journey but the toolkit is designed to be used flexibly to suit the needs of individual schools
