3) Cheerfulness ﮐﺎنَرﺳﻮلُاﻟﻠّﻪ ) ص ( اِذاﺣَﺪﱠثﺑﺤﺪﯾﺚٍﺗَﺒﺴﱠﻢَﻓﯽ ﺣﺪﯾﺜﻪِ When the Messenger of Allah talked he would be smiling Ma Makarimu imul Ak Akhl hlaq, , v.1, .1, p.21 p.21 ﯾَﻀﺤﮏُﻣﻤّﺎﯾَﻀﺤﮑﻮنو ﯾَﺘﻌﺠّﺐُﻣﻤّﺎﯾَﺘﻌﺠﱠﺒﻮنَﻣﻨﻪ He would laugh at what they laughed at, and would be surprised at what surprised them Academy for Learning islam - www.academyofislam.com 9
4) Overlooking ﻻَﯾَﺠﺰِیﺑﺎﻟﺴّﯿﺌﺔِاﻟﺴّﯿﯩٔﺔَ، و ﻟﮑﻦ ﯾَﻐْﻔِﺮُو ﯾَﺼْﻔَﺢُ He would not return evil for evil, rather he would forgive and pardon Al Al-Ma Manqib, v. v.1, p. p.145 ﯾَﻘْﺒَﻞُﻣﻌﺬِرَةَاﻟﻤُﻌﺘَﺬِرِاﻟﯿﻪ He would accept the apology of one who apologizes to him Bi Bihar al-An Anwa war, r, v.16, p. p.226 Academy for Learning islam - www.academyofislam.com 10

6) Did his work himself و ﮐﺎنَﯾَﺨْﺼﻒُاﻟﻨﱠﻌﻞَو ﯾُﺮﻗّﻊاﻟﺜَﻮبَو ﯾَﻔْﺘَﺢُاﻟﺒﺎبَو ﯾَﺤْﻠِﺐُاﻟﺸّﺎةَو ﯾَﻌﻘِﻞُاﻟﺒﻌِﺮَﻓﯿﺤﻠِﺒُﻬﺎوَﯾَﻄْﺤَﻦُﻣَﻊَاﻟﺨﺎدمِاِذااَﻋﯿﺎو ﯾَﻀَﻊُﻃَﻬﻮرَهَﺑﺎﻟﻠّﯿﻞِ ﺑِﯿﺪه And he would mend his shoes, and patch his clothes, and open the door, and milk the ewe, and tie the camel and milk it, grind the wheat with the servant if he was tired, and prepare [water] for his purification at night with his own hands.
