Abany-Saratoga Sub Vets Memorial Foundation, Inc is a Not-For-Profit Corporation and Museum and a 501(C)(3) tax exempt organization. The Foundation has received a Provisional Charter from the NYS Education Department as a Foundation and Museum. Established by the Albany-Saratoga Base of United States Submarine Veterans Inc, the purpose of the Foundation i s to establish a New York State Submariner’s Memorial and Museum to: Honor NYS Submariners lost in the service of their country. Establish a submarine research and reference center and museum. Collect, preserve and display historical objects and artifacts. Provide a meeting room for Submarine Lectures, meetings and ceremonies open to the public. TITLE SPONSOR: ONE • Sponsor's name will be used in tournament name i.e.: Your Company's Name NYS Submarine Memorial Pro-Am Golf Open At The Saratoga National Golf Course • Sponsor's name to be used on an appropriate sized color banner located at Golf Course entrance gate. Banner to be on display for A week prior to the tournament. Sponsor's name will be featured on an appropriate sized banner. Banner will be displayed at the Starter's / Program Tent on the 1 st tee during the tournament and in a prominent location at the Pairing Party, Awards Luncheon, and Golf Clinic/Skills Contest, and Trick Shot Demonstration. Sponsor name will be used in all print advertising. Advertisements will acknowledge sponsor as Title Sponsor for the tournament. Sponsor's name will be used in multiple articles leading up to the tournament and after the tournament. Sponsor's name will appear in all promotions and press releases in connection with the event. • Sponsors name will be used on all tournament letterhead, marketing materials, press releases, and signage. 3
TITLE SPONSOR: ONE • Sponsor may set up an exhibit near the scoring area, pass out materials, and provide player gift packs during the Pro/Am and also at the Pairings Party. • Right to include in their promotions that they were the Title Sponsor of the 2008 NYS Submarine Memorial Pro-Am Golf Open. • Have 12 players' entries into the Pro/Am on July 8. A value of $3000. Sponsor's amateur players to be given preferred pairings with professional players. • Sponsor players automatically entered into the CTP Contest. • Sponsor receives a full page advertisement in the 2008 Golf Program.
