Homework Problems • 5 problem sets, 30% of grade • Python encouraged. If you would like to use other languages please check with TA. • Discussion is encouraged, but submissions must be completed individually (absolutely no sharing of code) • Submission via zip file on blackboard by 11.59pm on day of deadline (10% reduction of grade per day late)
Scribing • Each lecture 2-3 assigned scribes will make notes • Notes should be submitted as PDF files (preferably in LaTeX) • Deadline: one week after lecture • Heiko (your TA) will share a template on Overleaf
Project • Goal: Implement and test one state-of-the-art method • Will give examples of possible projects after midterm • Group size 2-3 members • Amount of work should be equivalent to ~2 homework assignments
Grading Homework: 30% • Scribing: 20% • Exams: 30% • Project: 20% •
