Global Partnership Monitoring • Provides evidence on progress, opportunities, obstacles in the implementation of Effective Development Cooperation commitments to: – Support mutual accountability – Stimulate and inform multi-stakeholder dialogue nationally, regionally and globally on how to make development cooperation more effective • Addis Ababa Action Agenda – Effective development cooperation is crucial to achieving SDGs

Global Partnership Monitoring • Ten indicators on Effective Development Cooperation Principles: – Ownership by developing countries – Focus on results – Partnerships for inclusive development – Transparency and accountability Indicator Two: – Civil society operates within an environment that maximizes its engagement in and contribution to development
