Student Financial Assistance What to expect next: 1. Monitor Stonehill email 2 . Accept financial aid online on myHill 3. Student must complete entrance interview and master promissory note on line at studentloans.gov for federal student loans 4. Respond immediately to requests for verification documents 5. Complete FERPA Form (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
Student Financial Assistance What to expect next: 6. If students received federal work study and wish to participate in the work-study program, employment paperwork (W-4, M-4, I-9 and Direct Deposit) must be completed with the Student Employment Office. -students should bring to campus original forms of acceptable ID (as listed on the back of the I-9) -view details and download employment paperwork (Go to current students > Student Employment) 7. Arrange for parent loan and/or payment plan if needed
Student Financial Assistance What to expect next: 8. e-file FAFSA for sophomore year – FAFSA will be available October 1, 2019 and you will use 2018 tax year information (Do not need to do PROFILE again!) 9. Award notifications for subsequent years sent by email to students by the end of June

Student Accounts BILLING • Billing notifications emailed to all students and student-assigned authorized users. • Students set up authorized users and view bill on student account portal at myHill, myServices, myBill • Authorized users go to www.stonehill.edu/paymentplan to view bill, set up payment plan and make payments
Student Accounts Stonehill Monthly Affordable Payment (MAP) Plan • 4- and 5-month plans available each semester • $30 per semester enrollment fee but no interest charges • First payment for 5-month plan due at time of enrollment in plan, then 8/1, 9/1, 10/1 and 11/1 • 4-month plan payments due 7/15, 8/15, 9/15, 10/15 • Enrollment is online where bill is viewed • Payments automatically withdrawn from checking account each month • Plan amount will be balance of bill after financial aid and direct payments
