What am I expected to do? • Set up an education station in the cafeteria or other designated room. • Engage with the students. • Be excited about the local strawberries and salad greens on the lunch tray. • Be flexible if changes arise. 3

What do I do when I arrive? • Sign in at the security desk and front office. – Make sure to have a photo ID on you! • Meet up with your point of contact, or follow directions from them provided previously. • Set up your education station, put on your T- shirt and apron, and get excited! 5
What do I do at the end of the event? • Clean up your education station – Any extra stickers can be left with school or taken with you. – The poster is the school’s to keep. – The plant is the school’s to keep to be planted in the school garden. – The T-shirt and apron are yours to keep. • Thank you point of contact, sign out at the front desk and pat yourself on the back for a job well done! 6
