Objectives In this guide, you will learn the following steps: 1. Where to locate STMS? 2. How can I apply for a course? 3. How can I withdraw from a course? 4. How can I view courses attended?
Where to locate STMS? STMS is located at the following platforms: 1. ServiceNow • for NTU staff or visiting staff 2. GSLink or StudentLink: • for NTU postgrad or undergrad 3. NIE Portal • for NIE staff or student
ServiceNow for NTU staff or visiting staff 1. Go to ServiceNow @ NTU Service Portal. 2. Type ‘Safety Training Management System’ in the Search Box.
GSLink or StudentLink for NTU postgrad or undergrad 1. Go to General Services (GSLink) / Others (Student Link). 2. Click on Safety Training Management System.
NIE Portal for NIE staff and students 1. Go to Quick Links. 2. Click on Safety Training Management System.
How can I apply for a course? 1. Under Home, click on Apply Course. 2. Choose the Course. 3. Click on Apply.
How can I apply for a course? 4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
How can I apply for a course? 5. Click OK to confirm.
How can I apply for a course? 6. You will see a message that says ‘Applied Successful’.
How can I apply for a course? You will also received an email from STMS.
How can I withdraw from a course? 1. Under Home, click on Apply Course. 2. Choose the Course. 3. Click on Withdraw.
How can I withdraw from a course? 4. Click OK to confirm.
How can I view courses attended? 1. Under the ‘View’ column, click on ‘My Training Records’. 2. Click on the ‘Process’ button to generate records.
