LOOKING AHEAD ANNUAL OWNERS AND MANAGERS SURVEY Annually since 1996. By mail in March 2013. 93 responses • Opinions of Ambassador Force and Clean Team remained steady • ADID most associated with landscaping, bike racks, holiday lighting, wayfinding signs, Marietta Street streetscape and Woodruff Park, but up to 40% don’ know who is responsible for projects • Projects with the greatest positive impact – traffic signal upgrade and synchronization and wayfinding signs • Auto break-ins, petty theft and graffiti viewed as serious problems. Most serious is homelessness and panhandling • High priority to recruit new retail and build more visitor attractions and venues
