Funds Expended through March 31, 2020 • Rental Assistance Program*: $1,053,374.99 • City Funds: $919,374.25 • MPHA Funds: $134,973.34 *Note that funds allocated toward the three-year rental assistance commitment for each family significantly exceeds the funds expended to date. Funds expended to date include current rent payments made but not the commitment of those ongoing rental payments. • Housing Stability Fund: $162,528 • All funds provided by the Pohlad Family Foundation Emergency Housing Assistance In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City made $1 million of existing Stable Homes Stable Schools funds available for emergency housing assistance for families with children in MPS all elementary schools, prioritizing resources for families earning less than 30% AMI.
