Explanation of Positions Ministry Focus Leaders : Board members in charge of one (1) • focus area (Hospitality, Community, Worship, Discipleship) *Attends team meetings once a month Ministry Partners (MPs) : Volunteers who commit to helping • administer their selected focus area *Not required to attend monthly meetings Support Team members : Prayer team and support • (photography, videography, group facilitators, etc.)

Explanation of Model This model is intended to enable board members to develop and • strategize how they would personally like to embody our mission. While the SLB president may have ideas for programs in each • focus area, he/she will not be able to maintain each area individually. This model serves to strengthen board members to cultivate • ownership of their giftedness within the ministry focus area.
