  5. Free Summer ORCA Youth Passes • Unlimited ORCA transit passes available for income-eligible high school students in Highline and Tukwila School Districts. • Available from June 10 th ,2019 through September 9 th ,2019 • For more information, click here.

  6. PSE Electric Mobility Project in SKC • Puget Sound Energy (PSE), in partnership with SKCMC, held an “Electric Mobility Workshop” on May 14 th , 2019 in Kent. • 33 participants attended. • PSE selected 3 programs for further exploration of electric mobility feasibility, including feasibility studies and potential pilot programs. • SKCMC is now providing key contacts and working groups for prioritized feasibility studies in South King County.

SKCMC • SKCMC was formed by WSDOT and Hopelink in 2011. • Who we are: A group of city officials, human service agencies, transportation providers, non-profits who are concerned about mobility in South King County. • Meeting time: bi-monthly meetings starting in January on the 2 nd Thursdays of the month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. • Past projects:  Volunteer Driver Summit in October 2017  Food Access Report in January 2019

SKCMC Mission The South King County Mobility Coalition continuously identifies and initiates coordinated, creative, sustainable ways to assist individuals, including older adults, youth, persons with disabilities, limited English speakers, Veterans, and low-income individuals in South King County reach their potential by increasing their transportation options. The Coalition works to share current information on needs, trends, and events relevant to mobility within the region.

  14. 2019 – 2021 Action Plan - Activity Think (5-10 minutes): 1.  Write down 4-5 specific SKCMC project ideas on sticky notes. Pair (10 minutes): 2.  Pair with the person next to you and share your project ideas. Combine duplicate projects and put a green marker on it. Share (15-20 minutes): 3.  One person from each group will share project ideas. We will combine duplicate ones, discuss and place them on the Impact Effort Matrix.
