Services Offered As Charterer’s Agents Undertake all functions, duties, and obligations in connection with providing the services in accordance with standards of first class charterers’ agents upon instructions from the charterers Provide a full and comprehensive attendance to all matters pertaining to the vessels, prior to arrival, during port stay, upon departure and after departure Closely liaise with vessel, port authorities/customs and with cargo shippers/receiver / surveyors for minimizing turnaround time of the vessel To help principals not only with their current operations but also with future planning and sharing knowledge such as local market & operational intelligence comprising of port line-ups, new port developments and availability of storage facilities at the port Ensure all disbursement accounts and port cost calculations are checked by our team who is specialized in maritime accounting and finance in order to maintain an accurate disbursement and fund management
Services Offered As Owner’s Protecting Agents As owner’s agents we ensure the charterer’s agency function is thoroughly supervised and owner’s intrests are safeguarded Check the correctness of PDA & FDA of charterer’s agents if it has to be routed through OPA Confirm through the handling agents whether the vessel is registered at port Cross check with port sources on the reliability of this information and keep the owners updated accordingly Check and ensure through the C/A the receivers are duly notified of vessel’s arrival. Accordingly for export cargo check and update owners on the cargo readiness and whether the shipper has arranged export clearance in order to commence loading immediately upon berthing Keep the owner’s duly posted of any break downs or stoppages whatsoever Check the correctness of cargo documents/SOF/time sheets submitted by C/A to Master and keep the owners duly informed for further course of action and issuing LOP
