MIS Report Templates for the Excel Add-in Templates are necessary for creating the formatted MIS reports • You must download and unzip the report template files before using the Excel add-in* • In the future, you may need to replace some or all of your template files when MIS Report descriptions are created or modified ‒ Templates for all files are posted with “All Reports” ‒ Individual templates are also posted for each report To see or get status updates of MIS Report descriptions/templates: ‒ You can replace all templates with “All Reports” posting • Visit the MIS Report Descriptions, Templates, and Samples page • Review MIS Report Issue notices on the ISO Calendar ‒ Or, add/replace individual template for new or modified • Subscribe to the MIS Report Issues Notices (email link) reports Occasionally, MIS report descriptions are enhanced with no change in data columns.
