Guide to Advancement online at scouting.org/advancement Outgoing Scouts Need an accurate listing of awards, ranks, and recognitions for their New Unit /Council. The “losing" unit should give the BSA "Transfer Form" (transfer of Record not registration) to the Scout's adult family member. Official Advancement Records are maintained at Council. To be recorded, ANY AND ALL must be submitted by the Unit leader AND NO ONE ELSE .
