Post Scouters Conference 2016 Explanation • This presentation is to introduce the concept of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between The Company and The Association • This will be backed up by a detailed document to be published ASAP • Very good input was received from the participants at the Scouters Conference to assist in finalising this document
