What we’ve done so far • Established our central offices, online and telephony channels • Building a diverse workforce with the right attitude and necessary skills. • 6 benefits now in operation: Carer’s Allowance Supplement. Best Start Grant Pregnancy and Baby Payment. Best Start Grant Early Learning Payment. Best Start Grant School Age Payment. Best Start Foods. Funeral Support Payment. • Working closely with partners to raise awareness and increase uptake.
