Schuylkill County Land Bank • Concluding thoughts: • Early activities are designed to generate program revenue (sale of properties) to sustain operations. • A number of partners have been engaged: Schuylkill Community Action, Wells Fargo, state funding agencies, and local banks • As revenue sources become more predictable additional communities will be included in the land bank 17
