Coastal Empire Community Mental Health Center (CECMHC)  South Carolina Department of Mental Health (DMH)  Coastal Empire covers five counties (Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton, Hampton, Allendale)  We have six outpatient clinics in those five counties- two outpatient clinics in Beaufort County  Serve all ages of the population that have mental health issues  We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF International

Year-round counseling services  Suicide prevention services  Quarterly DLA-20 Functional Assessments to track progress  Services can be provided to students and parents at school, in the Benefits of  clinic, in the home, or other locations as indicated by need Psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse services as indicated by need  School Based Family Therapy services at least monthly  Services for Direct access to intensive outpatient services  CCRI (Community Crisis Response an Intervention)  Students Interpreter services for those who do not speak English  Deaf Services  Emergency walk-in at the local mental health center  Care Coordinator that helps families with access to state, local, and  community supports/assistance

On site crisis stabilization for students in crisis  through CCRI Direct access for all school staff to a highly trained  Mental Health Professional (MHP) for consultation regarding all student mental health issues Benefits for Crisis response as needed that includes:   Timely response to School District need in School Based times of crisis Services for  On-site coordination of mental health crisis response Schools  Additional clinical counselors and on-site supervisors for children and adults  Regular on-going support for as long as is needed Mental Health Assessment and referral services for  students and school district staff

Weekly clinical treatment team meetings Regular and as needed consultation with our Psychiatrist regarding patient needs School Based Weekly supervision meetings with the Clinic Director Program Annual Employee Performance Management System evaluation of achievement of job duties Standards Administrative and Clinical support from the Mental Health Clinic Regular internal and state level audits of client charts for compliance with and Benefits standards Inter-agency staff meetings with DSS, DJJ, Continuum of Care and others Participation in COSY (Collaboration Organization of Services for Youth)
