We require each adult (18yrs and older) that will live on the property to complete a thorough Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) application. We then evaluate rental and employment history, verify current income and analyze credit history following written guidelines to assure equal and fair treatment of each applicant – this is also a protection against a Fair Housing violation!
