DN80 NEW FLOW STRAIGHTENER What will change? • New Flow straightener • Wheel MU 60° will be replaced • Wheel 45° remains unchanged Why change (advantages)? • Improve conformity with EN12261:2002 Annex B (Perturbation testing). • Improve linearity on HP calibration • Eliminate the need to rework the turbine wheel as today, improving FPY and reducing cost related to operation “Optimization” for HPcalibration • To be confirmed the possibility to get high accuracy for all DN80 When change? • New MID certificate release by end of October • By the end of the year
DN80 NEW FLOW STRAIGHTENER • Customer approval ?!!! • New flow straightener not compatible with today MUs. • Spare part list will reflect the change. • New flow straightener code • New MU code • 651-180-00, 500 pcs will be kept in stock for possible replacements (sales = 1200 pcs from 2004 / 2018)
