What is Rethinking I-94? Rethinking I-94 has three main purposes Develop a community-based approach focused Make it easier to travel on reconnecting to, along and across neighborhoods, revitalizing the I-94 corridor and Enhance safety and mobility communities and establish a sense of place for people walking, biking, ensuring residents have for the communities driving and using transit. a meaningful voice in that live, work and transportation-related play there. decisions that affect their lives. 6
