Restore Louisiana Small Business Program Small Business Program Eligibility Criteria: Small Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations • 1-50 Full Time Employees • Minimum $25,000 annual gross revenues (pre-flood) • Was operating at the time of the flood event • Has an eligible unmet need, after accounting for • DOB Experienced either a financial or physical loss as a • result of one of the 2016 flood events Phase I: Essential Services: gas stations, locally • owned restaurants, daycares, healthcare providers, grocery stores, etc.
