SCMR SCMR Was Established in 1996 and was also Declared a UNESCO world Heritage Site February of that same year. Remained A Paper Park Until 2001. Zoning in 2009. The Reserves covers an Approximate15,619 ha (125Km 2 ) and includes 14 Sand and Mangroves Cayes.
