Next Steps •Public Hearing October 8, 2019 to expand district •30 days for Sedgwick County and USD 259 consideration or veto •Following 30 day period City Council can consider a Project Plan for the expanded area
Project Plan • A project plan will be required for reimbursement of any improvements within expanded boundaries • The new project will require a Development Agreement
Recommended Action • It is recommended that the City Council adopt the resolution providing notice of consideration for the proposed expansion of the Union Station redevelopment district and setting a public hearing for October 8, 2019.
