  4. Solution • Liner start grammage 130 g/m 2 , total paper grammage 390 g/m 2 • Achieved grammage 90 g/m 2 , total paper grammage 300 g/m 2 • Total savings in paper material 23%

  6. New solution • Several test runs with Adara Pakkaus Oy in Finland • Working solution: slim reinforcement tape • Same tensile strength than with Normal tape • Thickness reduction of reinforcement material • 0,27mm -> 0,21mm Reduction 22% • Mission complete!
