What is the Change?  Increased opportunity to access support in community and at home- residents no longer need to come to us  Increase access to Education Training and Employment  An approach to treatment that uses community assets as a key part of what we do  A focus on ‘Early Intervention’ – Wellbeing based work.  Activist work to promote community recovery and wellbeing through our Recovery Fund

What’s Next?  We are seeking partners in the local community to promote referrals and to promote the health and wellbeing of people who use substances  We are launching our successful ‘Resolution Clinic’ into the borough to focus on the needs of professionals.  We are going to focus resource on the hostels and supported housing of the borough to bring more clients into treatment
