Advice for Attendees When joining the Zoom session you will be muted and your video will be on. We count on your discipline to stay muted during all presentations. Be aware that we plan to video record all talks separately and store them on the workshop's indico webpage. Advice for Attendees After each talk, there will be a 5 min discussion. It will be verbally or through the Zoom chat function. The chairmen will manage your questions. Feel free to open the 'chat' function on the Zoom command bar at the bottom of the video screen. You can use it also for communication with other participants. Advice for Speakers Be aware that we plan to video record all talks. You will have full control of your presentation, available on your PC/laptop, via Zoom screen sharing. For best performance of the conference we strongly recommend to use .pdf format. We experienced massive problems with Power Point presentations especially if you are not used to zoom.
